I hope it's because they have some serious health issues, 'cause if not


Then it's irrational and/or ignorance.
I assume they've been vaccinated, and if it's like our schools, we've gone over the top with "mitigation strategies".
That said, my daughter's middle school teacher is freaked out about everything. They can't even talk if they pull their mask down and have to go to the hall to take a sip from their water bottle.
